The entire pallet exchange process is fully automatic. The operation starts when the load is conveyed into the “V-Shape Mini Logy”. Once inside, the load is tilted up to 120° to ensure that the lower platform supporting the load separates from the product (while retaining the pallet that needs to be changed).
The origin pallet is conveyed into the designated pallet magazine, while simultaneously (from the other pallet magazine), the destination one pallet comes out and positions itself over the lower platform of the “V-Shape”. At this stage, the new pallet is tilted to rest against the product (which remains tilted). The pallet exchange operation concludes with the entire load being tilted back to its initial position.

Our automatic solutions are capable of pallet changing for products with slip sheets underneath. They can also transfer a product from a pallet to just a slip sheet or from a wooden board to just a slip sheet.
