Its main features include easy installation without a pit, a compact footprint, and being the world’s fastest pile turner, completing each cycle in just 60 seconds!
Our machine can be seamlessly integrated into a production line alongside laminating and die-cutting machines to maximize production efficiency and enhance safety. A conveyor will feed the load into the pile turner, which will process it and place it onto another conveyor for transport to the next phase of the process.

Master Toppy is equipped with a powerful turbine and vibrating motors, a combination that facilitates the separation and dust removal from each sheet in a stack of paper or cardboard, while also ensuring perfect alignment of the gripper and square.
As the highest-performing pile turner in the Toppy range, Master Toppy operates on a unique principle. It rotates 90° to a vertical axis for processing with air and vibration.
A subsequent 90° rotation brings it to the stack turning position. The rotation speed and acceleration are controlled by inverters, which are set to minimize processing time based on the weight of the materials. Additionally, its impressive speed benefits from the rotation mechanism it employs.

The Master Toppy AJ paper turner operates on a unique principle: it rotates a crescent-shaped steel structure using high-resistance rubber wheels mounted on a mechanical base.
It can be installed either in a pit or at floor level, depending on client’s requirements. A floor-level installation is swift, does not require any masonry, and facilitates easy loading with pallet jacks. Additionally, steps located on the side of the machine enable operators to easily monitor the air and vibration processes.
