This solution is part of the pallet inverter family
First, the operator inserts the entire loads with a pallet jack onto the machine.
The machine is controlled by a push-button panel necessary to activate the upper compactor, which is closed to ensure the product during the 95° tilting.
The operator opens the compactor to separate the product from the freezer spacers and the pallet. Subsequently, the operator removes all the freezer spacers and inserts the new pallet. Then, the operator closes the compactor and tilts back the machine to its initial position.
At this stage, the product is placed on the new pallet along with the freezer spacers. The operator can easily split or separate the load to insert and remove plastic layers because the machine is equipped with a motorized conveyor for moving the load forwards or backwards.
The operator inserts the load onto the machine’s platform, closes the upper compactor, and tilts the load up to 95°

At this point, the operator opens the upper compactor with the buttons detailed in the image

Once the upper compactor is slightly opened, the load can be shifted to the left since the motor controls all the rollers to the left of its position

Once all the freezer spacers are inserted, the operator closes the upper compactor

Once the insertion operation is finished, the operator returns the load back to its vertical position and the entire operation is completed.
