The operator places the entire load into the machine by a pallet jack.

Once the load is inside the machine, the operator raises it to the height of the side clamps and activates the lateral pressure using the lever located on the left side of the machine.

With the load now securely clamped, the operator removes the pallet jack, leaving the load suspended.

Next, the operator pushes the original pallet out by inserting the destination pallet using the pallet jack.

Once the destination pallet is correctly positioned under the suspended load, the operator releases the side clamps, gently lowering the product onto the new pallet.

The pallet changing process is completed by removing the entire load with the destination pallet underneath, while the original pallet is automatically returned to the front of the machine thanks to the Pallet Retrieval System.
