Toppy‘ s range of “Web” models are designed to significantly reduce the workload for operators, enhance safety, and protect the paper rolls from an improper handling and lifting.
These machines are designed to handle multiple tasks, including changing pallets, rotating rolls from a vertical to a horizontal position, and inserting paper rolls into printing machines.
All operations are simple as the control panel positioned on the machine is very intuitive. The operator drives the electric-powered machine towards the paper roll and then activates the two clamps to lift it from the pallet.
The lifting operation is carried out thanks to two clamps that securely lock the roll laterally .
The operation is absolutely safe because the two clamps are equipped with rubber-coated jaws. Once lifted from the pallet, the operator activates the rotation in order to tilt the roll into the desired position.
The operation ends with unloading the roll onto the new pallet or wherever desired.
