Toppy‘s range of “Aspo models” are designed to significantly reduce the workload for the operators, enhance safety, and protect the paper rolls from an improper handling and lifting.
These machines are requested both to change the pallet, to turn the roll from vertical to horizontal position, or to insert the paper roll into the printing machine.
All operations are very simple as the control panel positioned on the machine is very intuitive. The operator drives the electric-powered machine towards the paper roll and then activates the spindle that lifts the roll from the core.
The lifting operation is carried out thanks to mandrel that securely locks the roll from the center.
Once lifted from the pallet, the operator activates the rotation in order to tilt the roll into the desired position. The operation ends with unloading the roll onto the new pallet or wherever desired.
The Aspo roll turners can be equipped with an additional label clamp, useful for core handling to prevent the cone effect.
