The V-Shape is a pallet inverter system, specifically designed for exchanging pallets of loads with different configuration. It one of the evergreen solutions in Toppy’s range, originally launched in 2009 and still one of our best-selling solutions to this day. The V-Shape is also available in the fully stainless-steel or galvanized variant.

Product Centering:
A system that automatically detects the product’s dimensions and centers it on the destination pallet, ensuring even edges or overhangs.
Integrated Lift on Platform:
Useful when the original and destination pallets have different heights. Also beneficial when individual products are very small, preventing falls during tipping.
Manual or automatic version:
Available in both manual and automatic versions, the V-shape offers flexibility to suit different automation needs.
120° Tilting:
A secure movement that prevents product falls during the tilting operation.

The V-Shape is also offered in either full or partial AISI 304 stainless steel versions.
The cycle with the “V-Shape” can be semi-automatic or completely automatic, depending on the level of automation required.
The pallet exchange cycle starts with the operator that inserts the entire load inside the machine. Subsequently, the operator activates (from the push-button panel) the upper platform to safely secure the load for its tipping (up to 120°).
Once the load is tipped, the lower platform opens to separate the pallet from the product, which is brought to the ground (while the product is tilted). Once the pallet is at ground level, the operator removes and inserts the new pallet by a pallet jack or a forklift.
The operatation ends when the new pallet is positioned at the base of the product and then tilted back to its initial position.

The image on the left shows one of our customer’s installation: “V-Shape Logy“, the fully automatic version that does not require operator intervention for the removal and insertion of desidered pallets.
It’s equipped with roller conveyors and pallet magazines, enabling it to operate completely autonomously. This speeds up the pallet changing process and allows for handling many more pallets per hour than a fixed solution.
Once we calculated the budget for these solutions, we realized how automatic solutions not only accelerate operations but also drastically reduce operator costs.
The “V-Shape Logy” is an automatic pallet exchanger system specifically designed for exchanging pallets with various loads. It’s considered an evergreen solution because it’s one of the first ever automated systems. This solution is suitable for warehouses with high-production flows and miscellaneous loads.
