This pallet tipper is one of our best selling product worldwide. It quickly overturns the load thanks to the “tilting technology” originally designed by Toppy.
This pallet tipper is part of the pallet inverter family and it changes the pallet by tilting the load at 120°.
The operation starts with the trasport of the load inside the machine. Subsequently, the operator activates the upper platform for blocking safely the load. At this point is possible to overturn the entire load at 120° for separating the pallet from it. When the pallet is at ground level, you are capable of changing it with a new one by pallet-jack or forklift.
Finally, the lower platform will place the new pallet under the base of the product. The operation ends with the return on the ground of the entire load.

We designed this pallet tipper with an unique V-Shape structure.The pallet tipper “V-Shape” is available in the semi-automatic version managed by a control panel, or in the fully automatic version with PLC.
This stationary pallet inverter works with an adaptive centering system with sonar measurements which allows the product to be centred very accurately on the new pallet.
