This pallet rotator changes the pallet by rotating the entire load. In fact, the pallet changing operations starts with the transport of the load inside the machine with forklift. The operator uses a push-button panel for activating the moving platform that blocks the product.
At this point, the operator manually picks up the old pallet and insert the new one. At the end of this operation, the stationary pallet inverter is turned to its starting position. The pallet change operation can also take place at 90° if your products are stable (ex. boxes).

Our pallet rotator can turn loads on pallets up to a maximum weight of 2.000 kg and a height of 2.450 mm.
