The pallet exchange operation takes place by safely rotating the load to remove and manually insert the desired pallet.
In fact, the operation starts with the insertion of the entire load inside the machine with a forklift. The operator uses a push-button panel in order to secure the product and safely overturn it at 180°.
Once the load is turned upside down, the operator manually picks up the old pallet and insert the new one.
At the end of the operation, the stationary pallet inverter titls back to its starting position.
