It is a stationary pallet changer that enables pallet exchange operations by sliding the pallet behind the machine, which is then returned to the front by the servo-assisted mechanism.

The machine ensures safe pallet changing for both product and pallet. Total safety requires separating them during sliding.
The lateral pressure that lifts and separates the product from pallet are controlled by a pressure unit, adjustable based on product type.
The machine’s retrieval system allows to slide the pallet beind the machine and automatically brings it back in front of the operator.

The pallet changing operation occurs through servo-assisted sliding of the inbound pallet (momentarily behind the machine) and the outbound pallet, positioned below the load (slightly raised).
The operation begins with the operator placing the entire load into the Silver One Retriever. Using the control panel, the operator activates lateral platforms securing the load’s sides for lifting from the pallet. The pressure is adjustable manually based on product type.
Once lifted, the operator slides the inbound pallet into the pallet magazine alongside the outbound pallet.
After pallet exchange, the entire load is retrieved, and the old pallet (previously behind the machine) returns using the Retriever mechanism, sliding the pallet back and forth.
Product safety is crucial. Soft lateral pressure and patented pins ensure pallet exchange without damaging products, even with nails or broken pallets.
