The Silver One Basic comes in its standard version without side pressers, providing a simple and economical solution for pallet exchange.
During the exchange process, the incoming pallet replaces the existing one by sliding beneath the load. This movement allows you to assess whether friction affects your specific products.
If friction occurs during sliding, optional side pressers can be added to stabilize and slightly lift the load, reducing pallet contact. With this upgrade, the machine becomes the Silver One Retriever.
Toppy maintain continuous production to ensure swift delivery, making sure that stock solutions are readily available. This enables us to provide efficient service and minimize delivery times for our customers.
The operation begins by placing the loaded pallet into the machine using a forklift or pallet jack. The destination pallet is then inserted in place of the original one, which is pushed toward the rear of the machine during the exchange.
Once the load has been transferred onto the new pallet and removed, the empty pallet automatically returns to the front position, ready for the next cycle.
