The pallet changing operation takes place through the automatic sliding of the pallet from one side to the other, while the product is lifted by a gentle lateral pressure.
The operator places the load inside the machine, initiating the cycle with a push button panel positioned beside the machine. Subsequently, the side pressers are activated to secure and lift the product while the new pallet slides underneath it, and the old pallet is moved into the magazine.
Both pallet magazines are automated and synchronize with the entire machine cycle.
