How it works

The target pallet is placed starting from the long side on micro-rollers placed, allowing the original pallet to slide smoothly outward and out while the new pallet is guided under the load. As soon as the transfer is complete, the original pallet is automatically removed from behind the machine and transported via the integrated pallet return system mechanically to the front returned.

As soon as the product is placed on the new empty pallet is in place, the two side platforms open and the product is released. The load is then moved with a pallet jack or a forklift out of the machine removed.
