When the machine is activated, the pushing presser moves toward the product, and the two side pressers close once the product is in position. Simultaneously, the slip sheet is secured to pull the product, ensuring a smooth and safe transfer.
The stopping presser plays a key role in stabilizing the load as the blade retracts, keeping everything secure for precise handling.
The slip sheet holder ensures the slip sheet stays in place throughout the process, whether transferring between wooden pallets and palletless loads or the other way around. The chain conveyor lifts the product into the machine, while the pressers work to move the product securely and detach the pallet, leaving only the slip sheet.
After the pallet is detached, the load is placed on the metal blade, and the stopping presser holds it steady while the blade retracts. As the cycle progresses, the chain conveyor lifts to return the load to the conveyor, with the next load already positioned, minimizing downtime between operations.
