Pantera is a semi-automatic layer picker specifically designed for splitting product layers on pallets and facilitating pallet exchange as needed.
It is equipped with sensors and cameras that, with the help of artificial intelligence, recognize the various layers of the product. The operator can select the desired layer for load separation. Thanks to its four-sided pressure system, lifting is performed safely and securely.
It is a stand-alone machine that seamlessly integrates into existing production lines, operates near high-bay warehouses, and can be customized to the required level of automation.

The Pantera is part of the pallet changer family.
The operator inserts the entire load inside the machine, where an empty pallet is supplied by the integrated 20-pallet stacker. Once the load is securely positioned, various sensors and cameras recognize the load and the artificial intelligence and detect all the layers that make up the load.
The operator selects via a touch screen where the product must be divided then the machine autonomously completes pallet changing or load splitting using the four safe pressure plates.
The empty pallet will automatically be raised to the right height for the transfer. The operation concludes with the removal of the entire load by a forklift.
The Pantera can also available in automatic systems with pallet conveyors.
