The entire pallet exchange process is fully automatic. The operation starts when the load is conveyed into the Twister Logy. Once inside, the load is tilted to 90° then rotated to 180° upside down.
The “L-Shape APS” is one of the fastest automatic pallet exchanger systems in the Toppy production range, capable of handling various product types at speeds of up to 100 pallets per hour.
