The entire pallet exchange process is fully automatic. The operation take place by safely rotating the product by 180° for the automation removal and insertion of the desired pallet.
The “L-Shape APS” is one of the fastest automatic pallet exchanger systems in the Toppy production range, capable of handling various product types at speeds of up to 100 pallets per hour.
Our automatic solutions are capable of pallet changing for products with slip sheets underneath. They can also transfer a product from a pallet to just a slip sheet or from a wooden board to just a slip sheet.
