The Pac-Man is one of the fastest automatic pallet-changing systems on the market, capable of exchanging up to 120 pallets per hour. It is fully electric-powered and features extendable arms that provide additional load stability when needed.
The system is highly adaptable and can be easily integrated into various workflows while being customized for specific applications. Depending on the type of load, the tilting operation can be performed at different angles (90°, 120°, 140°, or 180°) to ensure optimal handling and stability.

The entire pallet exchange process is fully automatic.
The entire load and the new empty pallet move simultaneously, and once positioned inside the ‘Pac-Man,’ they are both tilted in order to ensure that the lower platform opens and separates the pallet from the load.
At this stage, is activated the APS system (Automatic Pallet System), which involves shifting the new empty pallet beneath the load, while the old pallet slides out from the load.
The pallet exchange operation ends when the entire load (with the new pallet under it) and the old pallet are tilted back to their initial position on the roller conveyors, and then proceed along their designated area.
