The entire pallet exchange process is fully automatic. The “Master Inverter In Line” smoothly transfers the load from one pallet to another by pushing it from the front.
The operation begins with the product being conveyed into the “Master Inverter.” Once inside the machine, the pressers rest on three sides of the load to provide greater stability during the transfer from one pallet to another. There’s two lateral extendable blade that are positioned on the empty pallet, that helps the transfer when the pallet is not proper. Once the product is on the new pallet, the lateral blades retracts, and the load automatically exits from the “Master Inverter Inline” with the new pallet underneath it. The system is equipped with automatic pallet magazines.
We can provide a de-dusting cabin (cleaning airlock) with inside the automatic pallet changer ‘Master Inverter Logy’. This solution is suitable for pharmaceutical companies that need to separate the ‘white zone’ from the ‘gray zone’ for hygiene regulations.
