The entire pallet exchange process is fully automatic. Essentially, the load is conveyed into the “L-Shape Inline”.
Once inside, the load is tilted (to 120°) to ensure that the lower platform supporting the load separates from the product (while holding the pallet that needs to be changed).
The origin pallet is conveyed into the designated pallet magazine, meanwhile (from the other pallet magazine), the destination pallet comes out and positions itself over the lower platform of the “L-Shape In-line”. At this stage, the new pallet is tilted back to 120° to rest against the product. The pallet exchange operation concludes with the entire load at 0° on the new pallet.
The entire load is conveyed into the "L-Shape Inline" for exchanging the origin pallet with the destination pallet.

Now that the load is in position the machine will begin the pallet exchanging operation.

The load is tilted up to 120° in order to separate the origin pallet and allow the destination pallet to come in (from the pallet magazines)

The destination pallet is tilted until it reaches the bottom of the load.

The entire load, with the new pallet under it, is tilted back to its initial position and is ready for use.
