We specifically designed this system for Nestlé because they needed to exchange wooden pallets with plastic ones for hygiene reasons, and a standard solution was not suitable for their needs. In fact, they had to manage a variety of products such as boxes, bags, big bags, and cans.
Depending on the product and the specific load stability, “Q Shape” rotates the load at various angles (95°, 120°, or 180°).
They needed a solution that could effectively manage all their products while also being exceptionally compact to operate within confined spaces.
The entire load is conveyed into the Q-Shpe for exchanging the inbound pallets with the outbound pallets.

The machine starts rotate in order to remove the inbound pallet.

The lower platform opens to separate the pallet from the load.

The lower platform removes the inbound pallet in order to insert the new one.

Once the pallet is removed, the platform brings the new pallet into position.

The pallet exchange operation is complete, and the load is now ready for shipment.
