4. Während der Ausführung des Zyklus lässt der Kunststoff-Palettenstapler eine leere Kunststoffpalette auf der Linie;

5. Das System erkennt die Holzpalettengröße. Mit diesen Informationen kann das System während des Palettenwechselzyklus den richtigen Palettenstapler auswählen;

6. Eine Haltevorrichtung fixiert die Holzpalette auf der unteren Plattform von „Q-Shape Logy“;

7. In diesem Stadium dreht sich „Q-Shape Logy“ auf den Kopf. Nach der Drehung um 180° befindet sich die Holzpalette nun über der Ladung;

8. Die untere Plattform mit der Holzpalette dreht sich von 180° auf 0°. Nach der 180°-Drehung befindet sich die Holzpalette auf Höhe der Rollenbahnen. Die Holzpalette verlässt das System und geht zurück zum richtigen Palettenstapler;

9. Nun kommt die Kunststoffpalette in die Linie von „Q-Shape Logy“. Die SPS zentriert automatisch die Palette mit der Ladung. Die untere Plattform dreht sich von 0° auf 180° und hält die Kunststoffpalette. In dieser Position befindet sich die Kunststoffpalette über der Ladung. Der „Q-Shape Logy“ dreht sich von 180° auf 0° auf den Kopf. Nach der Drehung um 180 Grad liegt die Kunststoffpalette nun unter der Last. Der obere Verdichter hebt sich, gleichzeitig senkt sich die untere Plattform, die die Kunststoffpalette mit der Ladung hält. In dieser Position befinden sich die Kunststoffpalette und die Ladung auf Höhe der Rollenbahnen;

10. Die Kunststoffpalette mit der Ladung verlässt die „Q-Shape Logy“ und geht zur Logistiklinie.
